NP Krka full day excursion from Zadar

This route follows the main path of the park in the Velika Paklenica canyon. After a zig zag warm-up of about 30 minutes, we will arrive at a first water point where we can refill our bottles and cool off. From there, the shaded almost flat trail widens and climbs steadily and gently for about an hour to a second water point where we can rest. Then a 30-minute climb will take us to the Paklenica mountain hut A final five-minute climb and we will be at the Ramica Dvori lodge from where we will enjoy the beautiful panorama, the rocky peaks and surrounding forests. Start the walking tour with an exploration of the Palace of the Emperor Diocletian which lies at the heart of Split, this palace was built in 295 BC.
